Connecting the dots to give your pet a voice
The store your pet’s care plan points at.
OurPack Health keeps one continuous health record across an animal’s whole life, and builds a care plan for every animal in your pack — free, always. This is where you get the things that plan calls for. For dogs and cats, and for the rabbits, birds, reptiles and small mammals a two-species catalogue forgets.
Free to join, no card. Members ship free; a free care plan account pays $9.95 flat.

Getting started
A curated list, built for your pet — not a catalogue
Everything here is chosen for a pet’s complete health and wellness, and the store shows you what actually fits the animal you’re buying for — the right size, the right species, the right life stage. To do that it has to know who they are. Sign up for a free account or sign in, add your pets, and the store organises itself around them.
Free, no card, and the care plan that comes with it stays free. Browsing needs none of this — an account is for the cart.
Why this store exists
A recommendation you cannot act on is advice that goes nowhere.
When a veterinarian says an overweight dog needs a joint supplement and something to track activity, the owner should be one tap from both. Everywhere else in this category that sentence ends in a photo on a phone and a shopping trip next week that never happens.
The plan names it
A care plan says what a healthy life for your animal actually needs — the preventive care, the diet, the enrichment — and why, in plain language, for each animal by name.
The store carries it
Every recommendation has a route to a real, buyable thing, and every product carries the health goals it serves. Closing that distance is the entire argument for us having a store at all.
The record remembers it
What you buy becomes part of the same continuous history your veterinarian reads — so next time, nobody is starting over from memory.
What we stock
Organised the way you shop
Not by clinical category, which is a vocabulary nobody browses in, but by the kind of thing it is. Curation is real and it is narrow: small, high-value goods that ship well. We do not list large food bags, litter or crates, because everyone who ships those ships them at a loss and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
How products are chosen
Clinical fit decides what we show you. Nothing else does.
Every product here has to serve the health of the animal — and that includes the things people do not always file under health: enrichment and puzzles, safety gear, tracking and testing.
- Ranking reads the animal, not the invoice. Species, age and condition decide what comes first — not our margin, not a commission rate, and not a placement fee.
- There is no sponsored position in this store, and none is for sale. No brand can pay to rank higher, appear in a recommendation, or be shown first.
- We earn nothing on plenty of what we list. DNA tests, insurance, some manufacturer-direct products — they pay us absolutely nothing. They are here because owners need them, which is the only reason anything is here.
- We do not quote other retailers’ prices. We show ours, and a link. A price we copied last week is a price that may have changed.
- We do not give veterinary advice. Product claims are shown as the manufacturer states them, recommendations are educational, and nothing here replaces your veterinarian.

Free for members, $9.95 flat on a free care plan, anywhere in the US including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders can split across warehouses; you are never charged twice for that.
Ingestibles — supplements, treats and dental chews — cannot come back once opened. That is a safety rule rather than a convenience one: we cannot resell an ingestible that has left our supply chain, and we would not want to buy one that had.
Free, and always free
Start with the plan. The store is here when you need it.
A care plan for every animal in your pack costs nothing, has no cap on how many, and asks for no card at any point. Always means always — not for now, not during launch. Membership adds the record, the reasoning over it and the line to your veterinarian, and it makes shipping free.
